EasyRead — Terms of Service

These terms are between you and ByteSmith (JDG, NIP 5621807782, Poland), which operates EasyRead.

The service

We create a personalized digital comic (PDF) starring your child, generated with AI from a photo you provide, at a reading level you choose.

You confirm

• You are 18+ and the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo, and you may provide that photo.
• The photo is of your own child and you have the right to upload it.

Immediate delivery & right of withdrawal

Because the comic is digital content made and delivered specifically for you, you ask us to begin immediately and you acknowledge that, once it is delivered, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty.

Approval & changes

You'll see your comic to approve before it's final. If something isn't right, we'll make changes until you're happy.

Your comic

The finished comic is for your personal, family use. You may print it and read it; you may not resell it or use it commercially.

Acceptable use

Upload only a photo of your own child. Do not upload photos of other people without authority, or unlawful content.

Liability & law

We provide the service with reasonable care but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses. These terms are governed by Polish law. Contact: [email protected].
